The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us before and during our visit. I can't recommend this hotel and its wonderful owners and staff more highly.
The mountail view from our room was amazing.

Good quality, nice modern room, efficient noise-isolation, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a reduced price because we stayed there in a non-busy period (right before the autumn break). Good and plenty breakfast.
Limited parking place, enough for a few cars only. It costed 8 SFR for a night. The outer cars were blocking the inner ones and we had to wait ca. 10 minutes in the morning of our leave until the owner of the blocking car appeared (while I gave my keys to the receptionist to avoid such problems with my car).

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time, with lots of fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, but still within walking distance of all the main attractions. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking!
Our only minor complaint was that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit spotty at times, but this didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

This hotel is in a serene location perfect for hiking enthusiasts. It features beautiful views of the valley and has an easy shortcut to the bus stop. the rooms are well-equipped and come with an espresso machine. the bathroom is clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, and the service is personal and attentive. There is also a sauna available in the afternoon and vending machines with snacks on every second floor.
The hotel could improve their daily cleaning services to ensure that all areas, especially under the bed, are dust-free.

Superb cuisine and beautiful views. The rooms are modern, warm, and fully equipped. The hotel benefits from a quiet location and proximity to ski resorts.
The hotel lacks Alpine ambiance, and the daily cleaning could be improved. The service could also benefit from some attention.
